Publishers are the digital property owners that supply the space for advertisers to place their ads on. Publishers can do this either through an ad network that acts as an intermediary between the publisher and advertisers, or directly. Regardless of the way in which publishers sell their sites and ad zones, convenient financial management tools are key when monetizing traffic. Publishers, same as any other provider, want to be paid in a safe and timely manner.

This is why EXADS has made the Publisher payment setup really easy. By giving administrators a variety of the best tools and options, business deals can be implemented quickly and efficiently.

Publisher Payment Setup

With EXADS, the administration of all Publisher accounts is effortless. For administrators managing multiple Publisher accounts, there are a few initial set-ups that are needed to make the payout process later, smooth:

  • Payment Mode: Whether the Publisher's payment is Automatic, Manual, or Disabled. When a Publisher account is set to Automatic Payment Mode the invoices will be generated automatically on a Weekly or Monthly basis depending on the Payment Frequency chosen by the Publisher.
  • Payment Terms: How long after the issue date the Publisher will receive payments.

The Publisher must also select their preferred settings for items such as the below mentioned:

  • Payment Type: The payment method by which the Publisher wishes to receive payments.
  • Payment Frequency: Whether automatic payments are generated Weekly or Monthly.
  • Minimum Payout: This is the threshold amount above which the Publisher will get a payout.

Payment Types

To facilitate a smooth and seamless payment experience, EXADS has integrated with 5 of the best and most popular payment providers, which offer a broad range of payment methods.

Publishers can enable any payment method of their choosing for payouts. Below, we will go through the list of providers that is available to all Publishers using EXADS:

Cryptocurrency: The payouts are paid in USDC cryptocurrency through the payment gateway Circle and to the Publisher’s cryptocurrency wallet. The Publisher should have a registered USDC wallet address. By using this payment method, EXADS gained access to a global, scalable and efficient way of moving digital money. Payments via USD Coin(USDC) are widely used due to the USDC tie to the US Dollar, which gives it stability and makes it the best crypto choice for digital payment.

Paxum: The payouts are made through Paxum and the funds are transferred to the Publisher’s Paxum account. Paxum has been a payment solution for EXADS for over 10 years. Through this payment method, EXADS can process international payments in a swift and easy manner. Being a reliable payment method it has enabled EXADS to offer worldwide mass payouts for  Publishers.

Paypal: The payouts are made through Paypal and the funds are transferred to the Publisher’s Paypal wallet. Paypal was an obvious choice for EXADS as it is one of the top-rated POS systems. This payment helps pay the Publishers in a quick, safe, and easy manner. Paypal is also a top choice for our clients as like Paxum it facilitates mass payouts to Publishers.

Webmoney: The payouts are made through WebMoney and the funds are transferred to the Publisher’s WebMoney account.

WireTransfer: This allows EXADS clients to pay Publishers directly to their bank account. Some Publishers use it as a payment method although a Wire Transfer may take two to three days to be processed.

Wire Transfer automated payouts using Kantox: Kantox makes it possible to pay invoices automatically, eliminating time-consuming manual transactions. This makes the payout process faster as it saves time on back and forth with different banks.

EXADS also allows the Publishers to set the Minimum Payout and Payment Frequency of when they wish to be paid for the above-mentioned payment types.

Less friction in the payout funnel: With just a few initial setups by the Administrator and Publisher, further steps through payout are seamless and automatic.

Great User Experience: Given all required payment information to process a Publisher payment is collected beforehand, the experience at the time of actual payout is coherent.

No need for chasing invoices: The invoicing management system is also very well structured so that the Publisher need not go chasing for an invoice. Once the payment period is complete, the invoice will be auto-generated by the system leaving a copy in the Publishers account for reference and depending on the payment frequency, the due amount to be paid will be received by the Publisher.

Mass Payout Facility: Administrators have the ability to make mass payments for the bulk invoices that are generated weekly or monthly based on the Payment Frequency set per Publisher. This enables them to make payments in bulk rather than initiating payments individually per Publisher.
